According to the Times of India, Ajay Devgn's spokesperson confirmed that the Tanhaji actor has purchased a 590 square-yard mansion in Juhu for Rs 60 crore. It is very close to his current bungalow, Shakti, which is located in the Kapolei Co-operative Housing Society Ltd in Juhu, a neighborhood where celebrities such as Amitabh Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan, Dharmendra, and Akshay Kumar also reside. Ajay Devgn has been hunting for a new house for the previous year and had finalized the transaction for his new Juhu mansion by December, according to real estate sources.
The new bungalow was transferred in the combined name of Ajay Devgn and his mother Veena on May 7, according to real estate sources, as reported by TOI. According to the Times Of India, the property's current market value was roughly 65-70 crore, but Ajay Devgn purchased it at a reduced price due to the coronavirus outbreak.
